Our Story: A Local, Personable Real Estate Company
We are a small home town local Residential Brokerage firm with two locations. Our first office was opened in Perry County, PA and we operate a second office in Dauphin County, PA. We offer a one-on-one service, which provides the kind of experience you used to get in the good-old-days. Our Broker Owner, Lisa Fraker moved from Coldwell Banker where she sold homes for over two decades and has brought all the strengths from a larger franchise, while leaving the weaknesses behind. With her background, all of our buyers and sellers reap the benefits. We are small and personable, and intend to stay that way.
Absolutely every single Real Estate company enters their listing into the same Bright Multi List System (MLS), which all filter to Realtor.com and then Zillow and Trulia and so forth. All brokerage firms work in the same manner utilizing the same Bright MLS network.
We are a full-service brokerage firm offering residential home purchases, pre-approval for mortgages and settlements for home purchases. Most importantly, in the communities where we live and work we are trusted by friends, neighbors, bankers and insiders.

Lisa was great to work with; she was available every time I needed a question answered or wanted a last minute showing of a home.
