I am pleased to say I have listed and sold in almost every county in Central Pa including but not limited to Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Perry, Snyder, York, Lancaster, Beaver, Centre, and Bedford Counties. I have been the top selling agent in Perry County for many years. While with Coldwell Banker titled “Elite” agent for 8 consecutive years, as well as listed in the Wall Street Journal in Real Trends for 4 of those years up until 2017. Elena Hope Mishula

Elena’s passion is helping homebuyers find the perfect home, especially first-time homebuyers.  She has been a real estate investor for many years, and she uses that experience to work with real estate investors as a licensed real estate salesperson.  She is the founder of Jarabe de Palo Fans Contra Cáncer, a non-profit project to raise colon cancer awareness.  Her other passion is music, and you can always find her listening to WXPN.  She can’t wait to be able to go to concerts again safely. You can find her shopping at Broad Street Market Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  You can also find her shopping at farmers’ markets in the summer.  She is a yoga teacher by training, and she has taught adults and kids.  She is active in her church, Crossroads Christian Ministries, and she is active in her community.  Elena is Both English and Spanish speaking agent.

Paula resides in Duncannon, PA with her husband and she raised three children. Louise hails from Nottingham, England, but has called Perry County her home for the last 21 years after meeting her husband at Juniata College. Hello!  My name is Dawn Seiler, and I’m a long-time resident of Central Pennsylvania, having lived most of my life in Hampden Township, Mechanicsburg, a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School.
