1. 100% commission with $400 a month office fee and a $495 per settlement fee per side.  No errors and omissions fees and no Franchise fee.
2. A 90/10 commission split fee with $300 a month and $395 per settlement fee per side.  No errors and omissions fees and no Franchise fee.
3. A 75% commission with no transaction fee or no monthly fees.  No errors and omissions fees and no Franchise fee.
